We are seeking a Data & AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data analysis, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.Responsibilities • Lead complex AI projects including a team of professionals • Support the planning and execution of data migration and integration initiatives • Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL workflows • Work closely with data engineers and scientists to build and enhance machine learning models • Contribute to the development and deployment of AI-driven applications and services • Stay informed on emerging trends and advancements in data science and AIMinimum Requirements • Bachelor's degree • 5 years of professional experience in data engineering, AI/ML, or a related technical field • 1 year of hands-on experience supporting complex AI-related projects • Strong understanding of programming principles and data structures • Proficiency in Python (3 yrs experience) • Strong knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Generative AI services (e.g., OpenAI, Bedrock) or Computer Vision • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud • Familiarity with version control systems like Git and basic understanding of data analysis techniques and statistical methodsPreferred Qualifications • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch • Understanding of data preprocessing techniques and feature engineering • Experience with Snowflake • 2 years of experience leading technical projects About Reply Reply specializes in the design and implementation of solutions based on new communication channels and digital media. Reply services include Consulting, System Integration and Digital Services. The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $110,000 - $130,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications and, as applicable, other required qualifications.
