Job Title: Data Analyst
Employment:Full-time
Salary Range:$54,500 - $65,500
Reports To:Senior Director, Operations
Work Hours:Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional evenings and weekends

SUMMARY
The Data Analyst holds responsibility for managing our master data set, developing reports, and troubleshooting data issues.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Salesforce Administration
• Own the customization and maintenance of Salesforce UI elements, including Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and Lightning Web Components
• Manage user access, roles, profiles, workflows, sharing rules, and security features
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party tools (e.g., Breadwinner, Classy) using APIs
• Monitor system performance and collaborate with the IT Manager to maintain system security and functionality
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues and ensure minimal user disruption
• Stay current on Salesforce updates, best practices, and potential improvements
Training & Documentation
• Lead Salesforce onboarding for new hires, including both general and role-specific training
• Develop and maintain user-friendly documentation, manuals, and SOPs for Salesforce
• Provide ongoing technical support and system refreshers for end-users
• Ensure all departments are empowered to use internal data tools to track performance, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions
Data Analysis & Dashboarding
• Build and optimize Tableau dashboards for internal use, including tracking program metrics and KPIs
• Perform light statistical analysis using Tableau and Excel; apply customized calculations where appropriate
• Collaborate with departments to visualize data that supports organizational priorities
• Regularly audit datasets, dashboards, and visualizations to ensure accuracy and consistency
Data Collection & Governance
• Maintain RBBB's master datasets with a focus on data accuracy, security, and ethical handling
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure complete, timely, and standardized data collection
• Ensure confidentiality and adherence to internal SOPs in handling sensitive information
REQUIRED SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES
• Detail-oriented
• Understanding of Salesforce and how to pull data to be used in Excel and Tableau
• Experience with connecting Tableau to data sources and visualizing the results
• Ability to work with stakeholders and communicate effectively both orally and written
• General understanding of database fundamentals.
• Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms
PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCES
• 2 years minimum work experience as a data analyst, preferred
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in computer science or similar program, preferred

• This in-person position operates in a professional office environment
• The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers and filing cabinets
