About the position
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Data Intelligence team at our Porto Alegre office. In this role, you will work closely with other departments to analyze and interpret data, implement data models, provide valuable insights to enhance our area strategies and increase awareness of a data-driven vision and culture.
Main Challenges

• Leading data analysis projects and initiatives;
• Ensuring the scalability and efficiency of data processes;
• Mentoring junior analysts and supporting their development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Economy, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field;
• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or related roles;
• Advanced proficiency with SQL and experience using BigQuery and Looker;
• Intermediate English;
• Experience with DBT for data transformation and pipeline management.

Desirable Qualifications 

• Master’s degree in a related field;
• Advanced English;
• Extensive experience with data visualization tools;
• Knowledge in Python or R;
• Excellent communication skills.

Differentials

• Advanced certifications in data analysis or relevant tools;
• Experience with large-scale data projects;
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques;
• Active participation in the data science community.
