Key Responsibilities: • Execute impactful assignments indata governance, engineering, and business intelligence, ensuring data quality and delivering actionable insights. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand complex requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions. • Design, build, and maintain robustdata pipelines and infrastructureusing modern technologies and best practices. • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance data accuracy and efficiency. • Develop insightful visualizations usingTableau and Power BI, following best practices and aligning with enterprise branding standards. • Participate instructured career development, including mentoring, coaching, and hands-on training to advance within the data and analytics domain. • Adhere to risk and compliance standards, ensuring all activities are performed within regulatory and operational guidelines. Minimum Requirements: Education: • Bachelor’s Degree;OR • 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree Experience: • Honorably discharged or currently serving military veteran (reserve or national guard included) • One of the following: • 4+ years in data & analytics, information management, data engineering, or software development implementing data solutions • 8+ years of military experience in data collection, organization, and reporting • Advanced Degree (Master’s or PhD) in a quantitative field + 2 years in predictive analytics or data analysis Technical Skills & Competencies: • Knowledge ofdata management practicesand related tools • Experience usingSQL,Excel, and platforms such asSnowflake,Hadoop,Netezza,NoSQL,Business Objects • Familiarity withAgile methodology • Strong command ofMicrosoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Excellentverbal and written communicationskills • Ability tovisualize dataeffectively and convey insights to both technical and business audiences • Demonstratedcollaborationand relationship-building across all organizational levels Preferred Tools & Technologies: • Data Visualization: Tableau, Power BI • Data Engineering: SQL, Snowflake, Hadoop • Business Intelligence: Business Objects, Netezza Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Health savings account • Life insurance • Paid time off • Tuition reimbursement • Vision insurance Ability to Commute: • San Antonio, TX 78288 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: • San Antonio, TX 78288: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
