You'll work alongside talented Information for applicants with a need for accommodation: Work You'll Do • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement. • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions. • Support business process optimization by identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements. • Perform ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and operational decisions. • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous validation and quality checks. • Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner. Qualifications Required: • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Management Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field. • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future • 4 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a similar role. • 3 years of SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience managing multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
