Job Description

Data Analyst Position Overview: The Data Analyst is responsible for collaborating with IDN members, IT, IS, member governance committees, collaborative participants and external vendors to ensure consistent data management practices and accurate information flow to support core AllSpire Health Partners (AHP) and AllSpire Health GPO (AHGPO) operations. The Data Analyst should be comfortable discussing technical requirements with IDN members and creating predictive algorithms to conform differing data sets. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: β€’ Collaborate with member health systems to develop secure extraction of clinical and supply chain data and to verify the accuracy of the data. β€’ Assist in development and maintenance of requirements/specifications for new or enhanced functionality to operational reports. β€’ Perform master data additions, changes and deletions in accordance with procedures and business rules. β€’ Develop and design improvements to the processes, procedures, tools, rules and metrics to ensure data integrity of master data domains. β€’ Collaborate with business leaders and analyst to conceptualize and define problems. β€’ Design strategic, practical, data-driven solutions tailored to the nature of the business and its operational capabilities. β€’ Identify and define data requirements, extract and analyze data. β€’ Develop and maintain complex data structures to support robust data solutions and the generation of business insights and strategy. β€’ Design, build and operationalize dynamic data visualizations in Power BI and Tableau. β€’ Understand and operate within Data Governance policies and apply Data Management practices. β€’ Adapt to changing requirements and updating existing code. β€’ Be willing to learn, write and execute SQL and Python codes. Skills, Knowledge, & Experience: β€’ Bachelor’s degree in related discipline. β€’ Supply Chain or Healthcare experience preferred with 2+ years progressively responsible and directly related work experience including knowledge of supply chain analytics. β€’ Experience with SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Python, Power BI) are desirable. β€’ Ability to gather, research and structure data needed to solve complex business problems. β€’ Attention to detail with the ability to quickly conduct complex analyses and distill key insights. β€’ Ability to communicate complex concepts in simple form to cross-functional teams. β€’ Ability to strategize, plan and implement change.
