Data Analyst (BA)

The ideal candidate will analyze large-scale network data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve network performance, security, and customer experience.Responsibilities: • Requirements Gathering & Analysis • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives related tonetwork performance, security, and analytics. • Translate business requirements intodata-driven solutionsand technical specifications. • Data Analysis & Intelligence • Analyzenetwork traffic data, logs, and KPIs to identify patterns, anomalies, and optimization opportunities. • Work withdata engineering teamsto define data models and pipelines for network intelligence. • Reporting & Visualization • Design and deliverdashboards and reportsusing BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI). • Provide insights onnetwork utilization, latency, outages, and capacity planning. • Process Improvement • Recommend improvements innetwork monitoring,incident response, anddata governance. • Stakeholder Communication • Act as a liaison betweennetwork operations,data teams, andbusiness units. • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, actionable format.Requirements: Education & Qualification: • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • 8-10 years' experience in the IT industry.
