Data analyst & Call Center Technology Specialist

We’re Hiring: Dialer Manager – Solar Cancellation Resource Center (SCRC) Location: Scottsdale, AZ | Full-Time | On-Site Are you an experienced Dialer Manager with a passion for optimizing performance, leading with precision, and supporting high-impact sales teams? SCRC is looking for a skilled Dialer Manager to lead the administration and performance of our outbound call center systems and infrastructure. As we continue to grow, we need a strong Dialer Manager to help scale our outreach efforts and support our high-performing team. Responsibilities: Dialer & Systems Management · Oversee day-to-day operations of our Convoso dialer system · Implement and maintain dialer strategies for optimal lead penetration · Integrate and manage API and third-party system connections · Stay up-to-date with Convoso releases and enhancements Campaign Optimization · Design, launch, and manage outbound campaigns · Monitor performance and conversion metrics; adjust as needed · Deliver regular reporting and insights to leadership Team Training & Support · Train agents on dialer usage and best practices · Provide day-to-day tech support for system users · Conduct dialer-related performance reviews and implement coaching plans Data Analysis · Analyze lead and call data to uncover trends and opportunities · Build and present performance reports on key KPIs CRM & Workflow Management · Maintain Zoho CRM settings including lead sources, dropdowns, and access permissions · Build, manage, and troubleshoot smart workflows and remarketing campaigns · Implement SMS and email campaigns when needed Compliance Oversight · Ensure compliance with all applicable telemarketing regulations · Enforce security and data privacy protocols Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $65,000/year Benefits: · 401(k) · Health insurance (eligible after 90 days) Schedule:Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 per year Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
