We are expanding our global Business Operations team and looking for a Data Engineer/Analyst based in EMEA who will be helping with building reporting tools and using Data Analytics to build comprehensive dashboards. As part of a centralized operations team, you will have the opportunity to work in a wide range of areas, including Marketing, Sales, Services, Operations, and Finance. While helping make each department a world-class operator, you’ll also be connecting them so data flows smoothly throughout the organization. In addition to this, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Data teams.

• Reporting on data pulled from a variety of tools through custom integrations and APIs.
• Create Dashboards that track, predict, and depict valuable business KPIs.
• Become an expert in our operational products.
• Implement solutions with languages such as SQL and Python.
• Support the evaluation and implementation of new technology for growth.
• Solve technical, operational and escalation issues, deliver the highest level of satisfaction.
• Deliver data-driven, impactful results.
• Design, develop, install, test, and maintain data management systems.
• Work with various owners from other departments to analyze their needs for any data reports.
• Turn raw data into awesome visualizations, bringing useful insights and compelling stories.

• 5+ years experience as a data engineer or integrations reporting.
• Strong SQL to operate with DB and DW, such as AWS Redshift.
• Knowledge of Python for data analysis
• Knowledge of JavaScript for interacting with Google Suite.
• Experience with BI tools such as AWS Quicksight
• Knowledge of version control tools (git) and containers (docker) is a plus
• Building reports and dashboards from data sourced from various applications (not Big Data yet).
• Experience in improving business processes with technical solutions.
• Self-driven and motivated to plan your own work when needed.
• An allergy to “Not Invented Here syndrome” — you have the wisdom to know when to solve a problem with a custom app when to customize an existing tool, and when just to use a spreadsheet.
• Google Suite knowledge would be advantageous.
