Job Summary This position reports to the Senior Manager of Business Analytics and Strategy for Customer Retention and is responsible for a full range of activities related to data analysis, planning, development, deployment, and support of new and existing projects impacting multiple business units and business processes. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Data cleaning and preparation in both Excel and SQL
• Complete and distribute routine Conservation reporting that tracks and measures the performance of initiatives.
• Identify opportunities by using data analysis and exploration (Tableau, SQL, AWS Redshift, MS Excel, R and other data mining tools) to monitor, extract and evaluate data in order to streamline reporting processes.
• Track and analyze business unit trends and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact the department to create new, or maximize existing initiatives based on the routine reporting and data that the analyst manages.
• Present findings and insights to management.

Required Skills

• Ability to analyze large quantities of data and evaluate, present details, and provide insights
• Must be able to see the big picture while having an exceptionally detail-oriented focus
• Strong (Advanced) proficiency with Excel is required
• Strong SQL knowledge, ability to write/modify queries is required
• Familiarity with AWS Redshift
• Design, develop, and deploy data visualizations in Tableau (preferred)
• Strong organizational and time management skills with experience in meeting deadlines
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Experience managing multiple projects with ability to shift priorities when needed
• Experience working in both a team and individual environment
• Strong technical, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written

Required Knowledge & Experience

• Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business or Finance
• 2+ years' experience as an Analyst
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize time with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical skills
