Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, developing insights, and presenting findings to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics and business analysis, with proficiency in various programming languages and data visualization tools. Duties • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). • Develop and maintain ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility. • Utilize SQL for querying databases and extracting relevant information for analysis. • Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize data findings effectively. • Implement statistical models using Python or R to enhance predictive analytics capabilities. • Automate repetitive tasks through VBA scripting to improve efficiency in data processing. • Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics. Skills • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data interpretation and business analysis. • Proficiency in SQL for database querying and management. • Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for statistical analysis. • Familiarity with ETL processes for data integration and transformation. • Knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting. • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles. • Ability to automate processes using VBA or similar tools. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly. • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
