About the Role
We are looking for an experienced data analyst with knowledge of internal controls, risk, and data pipeline architecture, and experience improving data quality across our organization. In this hybrid role, you'll collaborate with business, audit, and technical teams to embed a data-driven perspective into internal audits and projects. You will report to the Internal audit director.
Responsibilities:
•
You will query, mine, and analyze large datasets using advanced analytics and BI tools to support audit and management reporting.
•
You will design and implement data testing procedures to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and integrity.
•
You will conduct risk assessments and walkthroughs of business processes for both manual and automated workflows as part of internal audit reviews. Advise teams on process improvements and best practices for data quality controls.
•
You will investigate data anomalies, inconsistencies, or quality issues; provide applicable insights based on output analysis and an understanding of underlying business processes.

Basic Qualifications:
•
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
•
2+ years' experience in data analytics roles with audit or risk exposure.
•
Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python, BI platforms, and spreadsheet programs
Preferred Qualifications:
•
1+ years of experience with dbt, Mood, Looker Studio
•
1+ years of experience testing internal controls and business processes in media, finance, or compliance environments.
•
Familiarity with accounting, finance, and risk management concepts.

The annual base pay range for this role is between:
$95,000 - $105,000 USD
