DATA ANALYST
Responsibilitiest:
McLane Advanced Technologies is seeking to hire a Senior Data Analyst in Washington, DC. The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for overseeing advanced data analysis, inventory management, reporting, and customer service support, particularly in a mobile telecommunications context. This role requires exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate in a dynamic environment.
The Data Analyst will:

• Monitor, track, and update IT service desk tickets related to mobile telecommunications services and devices.
• Manage tasks such as new device orders, Mobile Telephone Number (MTN) changes, voicemail password resets, and global roaming voice/data plans.
• Reconcile inventory and manage orders for mobile devices.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
• Create and deliver professional reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual customized reports.
• Design, maintain, and tailor data systems to produce accurate tracking reports for compliance with requirements.
• Analyze data to monitor usage, billing, and personnel metrics.
• Develop and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for stakeholders.
• Streamline data merging techniques and analysis toolsets, providing expert recommendations using designated database and reporting systems.
• Conduct data analysis to manage costs, minimize waste, and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with the task lead to provide ongoing reporting and cost-saving recommendations to clients.
• Validate and resolve vendor invoice discrepancies, ensuring accurate billing and inventory control.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer service tickets and issues.
• Support Agile release planning initiatives and project presentations, ensuring alignment with team goals and operational requirements.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Minimum 4 years’ recent hands on experience with the above listed skills, JIRA for project tracking and ticket management, mobile telecommunications, 
• VMware WorkspaceOne/AirWatch, SAFe, PowerBI tools, Advanced Technical Data Analysis, MS Office Suite, Oracle 11g on/in a US Federal Government DoJ/FBI systems.
• REQUIRED EDUCATION: BS/BA/Masters Degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or a relevant discipline. 
• REQUIRED CLEARANCE: Active Top Secret.
