Overview: Maimonides Health is hiring ahands-on HR Data Analystto drive the success of ourPeopleSoft HCM, UKG Pro,andiCIMS ATSplatforms. This role combinesHR technology expertise, workforce analytics, and system administrationto enable data-driven decision-making and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Responsibilities: • Configure and supportPeopleSoft HCM(Core HR, Position Management, Benefits, Payroll, etc.) • AdministeriCIMS ATSand manage system configurations and updates • Build dashboards and analytics usingSQL, Python, R, and Power BI • Collaborate across HR, IT, and vendor teams to deliver efficient HR technology solutions • Support upgrades, testing, and process improvements to keep systems optimizedQualifications: • Bachelor’s in HR, IT, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred) • 5+ years inPeopleSoft HCM, SQL, Python/R, and Power BI • 2+ years administeringiCIMS ATS • Experience withUKG Prostrongly preferred • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsPay Range: USD $105,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr.
