Responsibilities • Identify and assess new data-driven use cases to uncover impactful opportunities across programs • Analyze AI-generated and historical data to extract actionable insights and strategic recommendations • Translate complex analytics into clear, compelling stories that demonstrate business value and engage stakeholders • Design and maintain frameworks to monitor program health and support continuous improvement • Collaborate with internal partners to understand business goals and shape analytical project approaches • Lead end-to-end execution of complex analytics projects, providing guidance and delegating tasks as needed • Acquire, validate, and manage structured and unstructured data to ensure quality and reliability • Develop and deliver visualizations and presentations that turn insights into actionable business solutions • Own and manage recurring reporting and analytics processes • Mentor and coach peers while contributing to the broader analytics community through training and knowledge sharing • Support strategic initiatives and participate in special projects as needed Qualifications • Minimum of five years related work experience. • Stakeholder Management – Drive process maintain client focus Organizational Savvy • Technical skills – Python, SQL, R, Excell, Tableau, Power BI preferred • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
