We are actively seeking a Submarine Maintenance Data Analyst to join our DTO team. This position is hybrid/remote in Chesapeake VA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute your expertise to our dynamic organization.

Responsibilities:

Perform various aspects of US Navy Submarine Maintenance and Sustainment data management and examination, to include:

• Evaluate, assess, and analyze complete problems and evolving requirements.

• Utilize and develop expertise in Data Science methodologies.

• Create and interpret Data Visualizations, preferably with Qlik/Tableau/or similar.

• Designing and optimizing User Experiences and Interfaces.

This is a full time, salaried, exempt position.

This position requires candidates to be United States citizens, exclusively due to the mandated security clearance requirements associated with our federal contract*

Qualifications:

• Applicants must have 3+ years hands on experience in US Navy Submarine Maintenance and Sustainment Data.

• Bachelors’ Degree preferred.

• Familiarity with Navy Nuclear Propulsion Information systems.

• Proven ability to employ research and analytical thinking.

• Proficiency in Data Science and Visualization tools (e.g. Qlik/Tableau)

• Knowledge of User Experience/Interface Design and Data Systems Engineering (Databricks and Trifecta)

• Strong attention to detail, effective time management, and consistent follow through.

• Ability to interact professionally and communicate effectively with high ranking Naval Officers.

• Excellent oral and written communications skills, including the ability to present information to diverse groups.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

The incumbent of this position will be subject to a background investigation and will be required to maintain a Government granted security clearance.
