Data Analyst- Supply chain

C2C Candidates do not apply! Position Overview: We are seeking a skilledReporting and Advanced Analytics Developerwith expertise in Tableau, Python, Redshift, SQL, and Data Modelling. The primary focus of this role will be to support Supply Chain and Finance projects, with the opportunity to contribute to initiatives across other business units. This role involves designing, developing, debugging, and evaluating reporting and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with stakeholders to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and data models. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards with a focus on governance and scalability. • Develop and maintain Python scripts to support ETL processes, automation, and custom analytics. • Work with Redshift databases and other data platforms to extract, transform, and load data. • Apply best practices in data modelling to optimize reporting structures and analytics solutions. • Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve, validate, and manipulate data. • Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the stability and performance of analytics solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver accurate insights. • Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with development standards. • Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with minimal supervision. • Document development efforts, data flow processes, and governance procedures. • Anticipate and troubleshoot complex data or reporting issues and provide resolution. • Support users in the adoption of new reports, dashboards, and analytics tools. Required Skills & Experience: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role with strong exposure to: • Tableau– dashboarding, governance, performance tuning • Python– scripting for data processing and automation • Redshift– querying and managing large datasets • Data Modelling– logical and physical design for reporting • SQL– strong ability to write complex queries and optimize performance • Experience in Supply Chain or Finance domains is preferred. • Ability to interpret technical documentation, schemas, and complex data structures. • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment.
