This is a full-time, in-office position and requires candidates to already reside in the Phoenix metro area. Remote work is not available for this role.

About the Role
The Data Analyst will play a key role in translating raw data into actionable insights across our supply chain and operations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support forecasting, vendor performance analysis, inventory planning, and ERP system transitions. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with strong analytical skills and a desire to make data meaningful and accessible to non-technical users.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze purchasing, inventory, logistics, and sales data to uncover trends and support decision-making
• Design and deliver reports and dashboards for use by supply chain, operations, finance, and executive teams
• Partner with buyers and planners to track product demand, vendor lead times, and fulfillment efficiency
• Identify gaps and opportunities in data accuracy, reporting cadence, and inventory health
• Prepare datasets and support data migration as we transition from our AS400 system to NetSuite
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions and inform planning cycles
• Assist with the development of KPIs to measure supplier performance, product movement, and cost trends
• Create documentation for recurring reports and maintain consistent data definitions
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• 2+ years of professional experience in a data analyst or business analyst role
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; working knowledge of SQL
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Comfortable working with large datasets and ERP systems
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with AS400 or other legacy operating systems
• Experience with NetSuite or involvement in an ERP implementation
• Understanding of wholesale or import operations (especially in sourcing, logistics, or inventory)
• Experience working in small to mid-sized businesses (under 250 employees)
Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary Range: $50,000 – $55,000 (depending on experience)
