Data Creation Supervisor (F/M)

The Data Creation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Data Creation team, and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of the organization's data. This role involves cascade data management policies, supervising data entry and in process data quality, and collaborating with other departments to support and deliver the required service.
The Data Creation Supervisor acts in compliance with safety, quality, productivity, cost, and deadlines, and in accordance with the rules of good manufacturing practice.

Grow with us - Your Responsiblities:

• Supervise the Data Creation team within Data Management Service in terms of human and material resources.
• Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations to the team members.
• Coordinate and plan Data Creation activities, with different stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the department’s goals and timelines.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members and other departments to ensure efficient workflow and task completion.
• Cascade Data Management policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of the organization's data.
• Monitor and report on data management metrics and key performance indicators.
• Identify and resolve data quality-related issues and discrepancies.
• Manage data-related projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion.

What will convince us:

• Degree in industrial design or data management
• Good skills in English (Technical).
• Good knowledge of procedures (ISO9001, GMP and GDP) (preferred).
• Good knowledge of CAD software (Inventor, AutoCAD, MS Visio, etc…).
• Experience working with SAP transactions (preferred).
• Good organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Demonstrates professional qualities essential for the role of Team Supervisor: rigor, team spirit, organization, honesty, autonomy, dynamism, creativity, initiative, synthesis, and team management.
