• Data Architecture: Develop, maintain, and optimize data architecture for scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Azure & Databricks Expertise: Utilize Azure and Databricks for robust data solutions, big data analytics, ETL, and machine learning.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure data architectures align with regulations and best practices.
• Collaboration & Mentorship: Partner with technical and business teams to deliver solutions; mentor junior members for skill development.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on Azure, Databricks, and related technologies to maintain state-of-the-art architectures.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• +10 years as a Data Architect or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Azure's data services, and Databricks.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL.
• Demonstrated experience in large-scale data solutions.
• Excellent communication: Can translate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Desirable Skills:
• Certifications: Azure Data Engineering or Databricks. Azure Expertise (4+ years in each): Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Databricks, and Machine Learning.
• Familiarity with Azure services like Data Lake, Stream Analytics, and other big data technologies (e.g., Kafka, Spark).
• Experience with data governance tools/frameworks. Proven project leadership in cross-functional settings.
