Job Description

We are creating a new role of Data scientist /Data analyst as Artificial intelligence (AI) and data science are a lever for improving the group's processes. The major challenge for the Data scientist/ Analyst daily is to ensure business development, the improvement of the customer experience and operational efficiency including controls. To do this, it must support the transformation in terms of processes or pathways by industrializing models.

• Extracts and analyses data to provide information that allows the company to better manage its activities and anticipate its future needs.
• Monitor and coordinate the implementation of recommendations and local initiatives.
• Build relevant data-driven insights and analyses to prepare and support business and operation decisions.
• Communicate and present the conclusions of your analysis to other departments of the company through different forms (reports, dashboards, presentations).
• Define relevant KPls to monitor performance and build dashboards.
• Keep up to date with internal projects on artificial intelligence and analytics, to promote their work to PCMO on both the business and technological aspects.
• Identify use cases that bring value to the regions' operational platforms.
• Manage an AI project from start to the end. From identification of the needs to industrialization. This means framing the project, setting objectives and deliverables, monitoring IT & AI developments and governance, and ensuring that milestones are met.
• Make the link between all the stakeholders in the ecosystem of a project (IT, Business, Data Scientists, etc.

• IT language of his entity or project (Python and Other languages)
• ETL (Alteryx, Dataiku)
• Data visualization: Power BI
• MS Office Pack
• English: Fluent
