Responsibilities:

• Maintain current state design, configurations and develop target state designs and configurations.
• Coordinate all critical tasks with IT and Business Units. Assist staff by participating in meetings with personnel, including stakeholder and sponsor meetings, and providing input and a recommended business process. Capture meeting minutes and Action Items.
• Ensure N/N-1 compliance by developing and executing target state designs. Design includes Conceptual, Logical and Physical designs. Target state included on premises and Gov Cloud.
• Ensure NFR are documented, implemented, and tested. Tune the system and configuration to meet NFRs.
• Test and Ensure 508 compliance for user facing systems such as EDMP, BOE and Tableau.
• Submit appropriate KISAM tickets, CR and UWRs to implement changes to the system (IT Change Management Process).
• Assist in migrating the EDMP to its full production capabilities and maintaining and enhancing the Enterprise Documentum Platform based on requirements.
• Provide Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to resolve Priority 1 and Priority 2 incidents and problem management tickets. Triage and Identify root cause.
• Develop procedures to migrate or promote data from lower environments to higher environments, from current to target state environments.
• Establish and maintain SLA or OLA for each platform. Ensure License compliance. Establish scheduled maintenance windows to minimize disruptions to business.
• Work with Software Vendors (SAP, Informatica, Tableau and OpenText) to coordinate and seek product support.
• Architect and design Business Objects and Tableau disaster recovery (DR) solution.
• Assist staff in developing upgrade strategy and plan for Business Objects, Tableau, JBoss, and Oracle/SQLServer upgrades. Scope of Oracle/SQLServer upgrades is limited to the databases supporting TSS platforms.
• Assist with platform reporting requirements to Cybersecurity, FISMA, Audit Event Generation etc.

Requirements:

• More than 5 years’ experience leading and implementing large (>10TB) Data Platforms at Federal Agencies.
• Experience implementing measures to enforce data quality, security and data currency (freshness).
• Experience in XML, JSON, Relational, VSAM.
• Experience ingesting and moving large quantities of structured and unstructured data.
• AWS or Azure Certifications in related field.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Active MBI Clearance is highly preferred.
