The Role:
The Data Entry Specialist at Teem is responsible for maintaining and updating our company's data records. This involves accurate and efficient data entry, ensuring that information is correctly entered and organized in our databases. The Data Entry Specialist will collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
The Role Responsibilities:
● Accurate and efficient data entry of various types of information into our company databases
● Maintain data integrity by verifying and updating data regularly
● Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness
● Regularly audit data for errors or discrepancies and resolve them promptly
● Generate reports and analyze data as required
● Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry and record keeping
● Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
● Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
Qualifications:
● Proficiency in English written and verbal communication skills
● Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
● Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
● Proficiency in data entry and database management
● Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments
● Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
● Prior experience in data entry or similar role is preferred
● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
