Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and analytical individual to support the enterprise data and analytics function across our platform. This role will make an impact to Witness by building and maintaining the systems that power investment insights, performance and operational tracking, and stakeholder reporting. The ideal candidate is process-oriented, curious, and eager to improve the quality, reliability, and usability of data across our investment, development, and asset management workflows. Key Responsibilities: ·Data Platform Management:Serve as the internal owner of Airtable, our primary data platform, overseeing design, structure, and maintenance of the database, dashboards, views, and workflows. Ensure the platform supports seamless tracking of assets, projects, capital, and reporting deliverables across the Witness ecosystem. ·Reporting & Visualization: Build and automate recurring reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders, including performance summaries, KPI dashboards, project trackers and investor updates. ·Data Infrastructure & Governance: Establish and maintain standards for data input, validation, version control, and change tracking. Partner with team leads to ensure consistency and reliability of data across systems. ·Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across Capital, Development, and Asset Management to align data structures with team needs, facilitate insights, and streamline reporting and analysis. ·System Integration: Support the integration and reconciliation of data between tools. Assist in streamlining workflows between platforms. ·Documentation: Maintain clear records of system architecture, reporting processes, and data logic. Ensure the team has access to up-to-date documentation for training and troubleshooting. ·Special Projects: Provide analytical and reporting support for one-time or ad-hoc projects including budget reviews, valuation models, investor presentations, and internal strategy initiatives. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Real Estate or a related field. Experience: • 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or operations within real estate, investment, or consulting • Experience with real estate or hospitality systems is a plus Skills: • Experience managing and optimizing data systems, workflows, and reporting processes • Proficient in data management and visualization tools (e.g., Airtable, Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio) • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders • Highly organized with a systems mindset and strong attention to detail Ideal Candidate: • You enjoy building tools that make people’s work easier • You are a systems thinker with a process mindset • You can shift between execution and big-picture thinking • You bring structure, process, and documentation to fast-moving teams • You are a collaborative team player with a problem-solving attitude • You are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
