Data Privacy Analyst

Infosys is seeking aData Privacy Analyst.In the role of Data Privacy Analyst, you will support privacy governance initiatives for our client focusing on Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), Data Inventory Assessments (DIAs), and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with legal and application teams, configure privacy automation tools like OneTrust, and contribute to privacy workflow automation. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct and review PIAs and DIAs using OneTrust. • Collaborate with application owners to validate data elements such as consent, retention, and access controls. • Classify applications for privacy compliance (In-Scope/Out-of-Scope). • Liaise between application teams and legal stakeholders to support privacy-related decisions. • Configure and manage OneTrust templates, rules, and workflows for global privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, LGPD). • Automate DSARs using OneTrust Privacy Rights Automation Module. • Partner with analytics teams to identify and report privacy risks using Power BI and Snowflake. • Support Agile delivery using Jira and manage incidents via ServiceNow. • Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor privacy compliance and reporting metrics. Required Qualifications: • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Bellevue, WA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education • At least 2 years of Information Technology experience • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Privacy Compliance • At least 2 years of experience working with OneTrust or similar privacy automation tools • Strong knowledge of SQL, Power BI, SAP Business Objects, and SAP BW • Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this timePreferred Qualifications: • Experience in Telecom, Manufacturing, or Consumer Electronics domains. • Hands-on experience with OneTrust configuration and automation. • Familiarity with data governance principles and privacy regulations. • Experience with ETL/ELT concepts, data modeling, and KPI development. • Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies. • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Knowledge of Snowflake, Windows AD, and enterprise security models is a plus. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel will be required as per the job requirements.
