The Data Processing Analyst is responsible for performing data entry and processing tasks such as review, entry, reconciliation of data, and document handling that requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and technical proficiency. This position will use a variety of software tools to enter data and ensure that it is error-free and up to date.

What does a day in the life as a Data Processing Analyst look like?

• Execute fast, accurate transaction processing including data parsing, data entry, and data enrichment
• Communicates with the clients thru email, chat and voice channels (must be willing to do calls as needed)
• Closely follow process workflows and support in implementation of initiatives, projects as directed by leadership
• Collaborates closely with pod leader, team leader or team manager regarding issues or concerns with daily tasks and activities
• Consistently perform with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively with fellow consultants, leadership, and client contacts

What are the required qualifications of a Data Processing Analyst?

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent 
• Ability to process data fast and produce accurate results
• Ability to closely follow process workflows implemented by team leaders and team manager
• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in Data Processing/Customer Service role
• Excel proficiency is a requirement
• Must possess above average English communication skills
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively with fellow consultants, leadership, and client contacts
• At least 3 months chat and email experience
