This is your chance to join PDL at a pivotal moment. With our new CEO, Ben Eisenberg, leading the way, we’re in the perfect position to bring on a new Data Product Manager to take ownership of our person data (Ben’s previous role!). This area represents a significant portion of our customer base so this is a critical hire for us. The Data PM would not only oversee our person data products, but drive the creation of groundbreaking new data products and use cases.
Roles and Responsibilities

• Own our person data, which represents a significant portion of PDL’s customer base
• Drive innovation in new data products that create new opportunities for our customers
• Work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment to champion a shared vision for our person data and new data products
• Dive deep into customer feedback, understand how our data is being utilized, and make strategic improvements

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience solving complex data problems
• Product Manager experience, working with a highly technical product
• Data product management experience in one or both of the following areas: 
• Owning the maintenance, strategy, and growth of an 8 figure data product line
• Experience launching new data products, taking them from 0 - $1.5MM+
• Ability to enthusiastically collaborate with and communicate highly technical concepts to internal stakeholders, engineers and customers
• An appetite for evaluating data-related feedback/validation and executing a shared data product vision

This role will be heavily shaped by the person who fills it and we are looking for someone excited to take on that challenge. We are open to different titles, leveling, and compensation packages, the highly variable profiles for this role make market research a little challenging (even with access to great data!). Comp: $200K - $225K
