Descripción del empleo

We are looking for Data Project Lead for a major international project, where a high level of English (daily use) will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of AMS projects, ensuring all services are delivered on time, within scope, and to the expected quality standards.
• Monitor and manage the performance of AMS teams, ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Operations to ensure seamless delivery of services
• Implement and maintain ITIL best practices to optimize incident, problem, change, and request management processes.
