Data Quality Associate

What you’ll be doing:

• Assist with various data entry and data readiness projects
• Monitor Salesforce queues
• Assist customer queries and troubleshooting
• Enters, updates, and verifies data in platform and/or internal CRM toolVerify and correct data as needed
• Identify data inconsistencies and go through steps to resolve
• Combine and update data from source documents where required
• Track shipments

Who you are:

• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Results driven
• Computer Literate
• Data entry skills and accuracy
• Fully comprehends English both written and verbal
• Proficiency in MS office
• Excellent attention to detail, strong prioritization skills
• Demonstrate a strong drive for efficiency, resolving problems and getting the work done in a timely, quality-focused manner
• Fluent in English with excellent listening, oral and written communication skills
• Self-starter, seeks out challenges
• Experience with ocean/shipping logistics is a plus
• Flexible
