Data Reporting Analyst

We’re looking for someone who’s great with data and curious by nature — someone who enjoys uncovering insights and making sense of the numbers. This role blends marketing and technical work, and it’s ideal for someone who can build smart, useful reports even when the details are still fuzzy. You’ll help us spot patterns, surface what’s working (and what isn’t), and guide our leadership team with clear, actionable insights. What You’ll Do • Build and automate reports using Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, or similar tools • Create dashboards and campaign scorecards for leadership • Setup and manage texting and email campaigns in Salesforce. • Coordinate direct mail campaigns with vendors • Analyze lead funnels, advertising spend, and ROI by channel • Identify missing data and work with IT/Sales to fix gaps or integrate new sources • Respond to ad-hoc data requests from sales and executive teams What We’re Looking For • Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, etc.) • SQL experience preferred • Some experience with BI tools like Power BI • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail • Able to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences • Curiosity about the “why” behind the data Tools You’ll Use • Excel • Salesforce • Five9 • Power BI • Various relational databases Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: • Paid time off Ability to Commute: • Scottsdale, AZ 85250 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: • Scottsdale, AZ 85250: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
