Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Location: Rogers Park Hybrid Schedule: 2-3 days remote The Data Reporting Analyst – Strategic Analysis supports the agency’s strategic planning efforts by developing and maintaining data products that drive organizational performance. This role is responsible for generating reports, writing SQL queries, and visualizing key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs) aligned with strategic goals. The Analyst collaborates with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure data is accessible, accurate, and actionable—especially in support of mental health program delivery and outcomes. This position is ideal for someone who is analytically inclined, collaborative, and passionate about driving mission-based results through data. The Analyst will play an important role in helping the organization use data to strengthen client outcomes, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain dashboards to track strategic KPIs and OKRs for agency-wide visibility and decision-making. • Support the strategic planning process by analyzing data trends and identifying areas for operational improvement. • Respond promptly to data requests by writing and running SQL queries; assist with more complex queries as needed. • Execute and distribute recurring reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually). • Maintain and improve existing reports and visualizations in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools. • Translate raw data into meaningful tables, charts, and dashboards tailored to various internal stakeholders. • Collaborate with other members of the Data & Analytics team to align reporting tools with strategic goals. • Document reporting processes to ensure replicability and seamless handoff. • Track project progress and provide regular updates to the Data & Analytics Manager. • Participate in cross-functional data and strategy projects as assigned. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in data analytics, public health, social science, business, or related field preferred. • Technical Skills: • • At least 1 year of SQL experience or SQL certification. • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, filters) and PowerPoint for reporting. • Familiarity with dashboard or business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) strongly preferred. • Strategic Skills: • • Experience or interest in using data to support organizational strategy, quality improvement, or performance management.Ability to interpret trends and provide insights to non-technical audiences. • • Soft Skills: • • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail. Preferred Experience: • Prior experience working in behavioral or mental health, healthcare, human services, or nonprofit settings. • Familiarity with KPIs, OKRs, and strategic frameworks. • Understanding of social impact or clinical metrics is a plus.
