Data Science and Analytics Manager

What You’ll Do: • Lead the development and execution of a company-wide Data & AI strategy, including predictive modeling and intelligent automation. • Build and maintain cloud-native data infrastructure and ETL pipelines using platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, and Mulesoft. • Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to uncover insights, optimize operations, and enhance product capabilities. • Define and enforce data governance standards and quality controls. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights. • Manage relationships with third-party data vendors and analytics platforms. • Support the development of KPIs and performance metrics for internal teams and customer-facing products. • Stay current on industry trends, AI technologies, and compliance requirements relevant to DOT-regulated environments. What You Bring: • Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, business analytics, or a related field (Master’s preferred). • 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or data engineering roles. • Demonstrated ownership of enterprise Data & AI strategy from vision to measurable business impact. • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and machine learning libraries. • Experience with data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker). • Deep experience with cloud-native architecture and modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Mulesoft), MLOps, and LLM applications (RAG, prompt engineering, eval, guardrails). • Proven ability to manage third-party vendors and external data partnerships. • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and intelligent automation. • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Knowledge of compliance-related data (DOT or similar regulatory frameworks) is a plus.
