Our data systems team is expanding, and we are looking for data professionals at all levels to help us grow our organization’s data ecosystem and use of data in our decision-making. To be successful on this team you must enjoy working collaboratively, thinking strategically and creatively, and have the ability to make clear connections between your work and equity and justice in the implementation of our programs. These roles are an integral part of a team that prioritizes learning and experimentation, along with opportunities to evolve and grow into a specialization of interest. We are looking to fill a few roles, so if you are interested in any of the following types of positions submit your application today:

Relevant experience could include:

• Data management including the monitoring and review of data for integrity across various systems
• Stewarding of data through performing established quality assurance processes, in collaboration with other team members, to ensure the integrity of data
• Creation of compelling data products (e.g. data exports, analysis, visualizations) and sharing them using language that stakeholders understand
• Engaging with stakeholders to create trusting consultative relationships that lead to a deepened understanding of their data needs
• Identifying, designing, and implementing internal process improvements through developing  new infrastructure, data pipelines, and automation
• Development of new and contributions to existing codebases with the goal of improving organizational efficiency and data accuracy
• Building, programming, and managing online data collection forms including surveys
• Inputting information into databases and systems to maintain records; verifying information with external sources; ensuring data accuracy/quality control
