This role will lead development of the modeling strategies and execution critical to supporting our core analytics offering. You will play a key role in development of our data integrity and continual accuracy measurement framework, as well as, our deployment architecture of all machine learning and AI services.Responsibilities: As a member of the Data Science’s Team, your responsibilities will include: • Drive R&D efforts of machine-learning based predictive models in use across the application and operation stack • Develop GenAI-based techniques and tooling for data processing and data enrichment across the pipeline • Lead innovation in feature engineering, fine tuning, and model specification to uncover powerful new approaches to existing solutions • Design statistical methods for efficient estimation of model parameters and data-driven insights • Implement innovative accuracy measurement and anomaly detection techniques that help us ensure platform reliability and data integrityQualifications: • Fluent in Python and associated data processing libraries, including Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn • Expertise in machine learning techniques (both supervised and unsupervised) with experience in real-world settings • Experience with statistical and mathematical modeling techniques • Experience working in large-scale, complex and dynamic data environments • Experience with source-control and CI/CD tools, i.e. Github • Experience with AWS • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex, technical information to business stakeholders • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
