Role Overview
Join theGF Data Science Teamsupporting Platforms & Devices under GF Analytics. You’ll delivercustomer support analyticsfor Google ecosystem products (Android OS, Chrome devices, Pixel, WearOS, core apps). The role blendsSQL-driven analytics, dashboarding, and stakeholder communicationwith opportunities to apply Python and modeling.
Key Responsibilities
• Build dashboards & simple data pipelines
• Query, analyze & interpretinternal customer support data
• Apply statistical modeling & translate insights for non-technical partners
• Provide analytics solutions to improve product quality & customer feedback
Must-Have Skills
• StrongSQLand data interpretation
• Analytics & visualization(dashboards, reporting)
• Clearstakeholder communication
• Python (intermediate)scripting/modeling
Nice-to-Have Skills
• Google/Tech industry experience
• Apps Scripting, ML pipelines, model development
• Prompt engineering knowledge
• Finance/Tech analytics background
Candidate Profile
• 5+ years’ experiencein analytics/data science/product analytics (no upper limit)
• Master’s or MBA (PhD preferred but not required)
• Strong blend ofanalytics expertise + business judgment
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $110.00 - $130.00 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sunnyvale, CA 94089
