Data Scientist Mid-Level

Overview: Kiakahi, LLC has a CONTINGENT opening for an Mid-Level Data Scientist to join our rapidly growing team. Responsibilities • System administration for Naval Ship Tracking, Reporting and Analysis Tool (NSTRAT) System, to monitor the application and/or services and troubleshoot issues affecting availability • Software Engineering and testing to develop data analysis tools and event reconstruction • Perform database entry, management, and monitors automated back-up • Perform database query analysis Qualifications: Mid-Level Data Scientist shall have a minimum of the following additional qualifications (which may be gained concurrently): • Five years of Navy experience managing Navy computer networks • Three years of experience using Python and other programming tools to script data analysis products • Hold and maintain certifications and/or training to maintain FLANKSPEED IL6 AZURE Privileged Access to include: • Scripting language such as Python with SQL server relational database • Security Plus certification • AZURE Administrator Associate AZ-104Responsibilities: Physical Requirements Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. May include lifting weight up to thirty (30) pounds as necessary.
