Job Purpose
The Database Administrator will oversee the design, development, and management of data integration pipelines and database environments to support behavioral health operations and performance tracking. This role requires expertise in both cloud and on-premise database systems and familiarity with Salesforce or equivalent CRM/EMR platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, an independent working style, and a results-driven mindset.
________________________________________ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:
β’ Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading processes using tools such as Azure Data Factory, Informatica, or equivalent.
β’ Manage both cloudbased (e.g., AWS RDS, Azure SQL) and onpremise database environments to ensure data integrity, performance, and security.
β’ Utilize Salesforce Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud, or similar CRM/EMR software, to integrate and analyze operational data.
β’ Automate routine data processes and create scalable solutions to enhance data accessibility for stakeholders.
β’ Develop advanced queries and optimize database performance, including indexing and query tuning.
β’ Create tools and visualizations to present large datasets in actionable and intuitive formats.
β’ Ensure compliance with data governance policies and industry regulations, including HIPAA standards.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams to define technical requirements and support business objectives.

QualificationsEducation and Experience
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
β’ 5+ years of experience in ETL development, database administration, or data engineering.
β’ Proven experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or EMR systems.
β’ Salesforce Administrator certification preferred (or willingness to complete within the first year).Skills
β’ Proficiency with SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
β’ Strong knowledge of cloud and onpremise database technologies (e.g., AWS RDS, Azure SQL).
β’ Experience with ETL tools like Azure Data Factory or Informatica.
β’ Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM/EMR systems.
β’ Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
β’ Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
β’ Effective communication skills to translate technical findings for nontechnical stakeholders.
β’ Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects independently.

β’ Advanced knowledge of cloudbased platforms, including AWS or Google Cloud.
β’ Experience in behavioral health or healthcarerelated data integration.
β’ Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and advanced features of Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
β’ Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) or data tools.
