We're looking for aprofessional, confident, and organized Shift Supervisorto lead our overnight security team at one of Houston’s premier properties. This is more than just a post—this is an opportunity to be thego-to leaderresponsible for managing up to22 officers per shiftin a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. What You'll Do: • Conduct dailyuniform inspectionsand ensure officers are fully equipped for duty • Maintainaccurate timekeeping and payroll documentationfor your shift • Patrol the property to ensure officers are alert, professional, and performing their duties • Respond to emergencies, client requests, or security escalations • Coordinate schedulesand fill openings when needed to avoid gaps in coverage • Maintain strong, professional communication with clients, contractors, managers, and city officials • Coach, retrain, and discipline officerswhen needed, and document all incidents accurately • Report directly to theAccount Manager and Branch Manageron all shift activities What We're Looking For: • 3–5 years of professional security experience, with at least3 years in a supervisory role • High-rise security experience required • Proven success managingteams of 6 or more officers • Strong leadership presence with excellent communication skills • Proficient inreport writing, scheduling, and incident documentation • Computer-literate with basic Microsoft Office skills • Ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick, informed decisions • High school diploma or equivalent Shift Schedule: (Overnight) • Saturday:1:00 PM – 9:00 PM • Sunday:1:00 PM – 9:00 PM • Monday:9:00 PM – 5:00 AM • Tuesday & Wednesday:OFF • Thursday & Friday:1:00 PM – 9:00 PM If you’re ready to lead from the front, support your team, and represent a respected security provider at one of Houston’s most prestigious locations—apply now.
