Day-Time Custodial (Full-Time)

Note - This is Daytime role. Working hours my vary, but generally expected to be 8:00am-4:30pm. As a Custodian you will be responsible the cleaning and upkeep of three historic theatre. Duties include keeping buildings in clean and orderly condition, performing cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, washing walls and windows, and removing trash from inside to outside containers. Related services may include performing routine maintenance activities such as identifying and notifying management of need for repairs, and clean debris from around buildings. This is a Full Time position that earns between $22 and $26.40/hour plus medical, dental, vision, LTD, STD, Life insurances and paid time off (vacation, sick/safe leave, holidays). PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS • Ability to lift at least 50lbs and carry it up three flights of stairs • Ability to operate simple machinery (for example: vacuums, extractors, buffers, etc.) • Comfortable working in confined, wide open or high spaces. • Must be able to work with a variety of cleaning products.
