Job Description

We are looking for a Database Administrator with over 5 years of experience in mission-critical environments, capable of managing and supporting services across various database technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in our team, contributing to international projects, sharing knowledge, and helping shape future technology choices.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support for the database layer (360°) across multiple services and technologies.
• Participate in international projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Implement and manage database solutions in critical production environments.
• Be available for on-call support periods (approximately one week per month).
• Share knowledge and best practices with the team.

Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements:

• Proven experience with PostgreSQL/EDB and MS SQL Server.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems.
• Upper intermediate (B2) level of written and spoken English.
• Practical experience with scripting languages such as:
  • PSQL
  • TSQL
  • SQL
  • Shell scripting

Nice to have:

• Experience with AWS technologies, such as RDS and Redshift.
• Proficiency in additional scripting languages like PL/SQL, Perl, Powershell, or Python.
• Familiarity with Oracle, MySQL, or MySQL Cluster.
