Required Skills:

1) Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Certified Associate

2) Proven experience assessing client’s Oracle workloads and technology landscape for OCI suitability, Including OCI Network and Security design for complex architectures to support high availability and disaster recovery requirements.

3) Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

Nice to Have Skills:

1) Oracle EBS Apps DBA Implementation and Production Support experience

2) Knowledge of best practices and market trends pertaining to Cloud and overall industry to provide thought leadership (seminars, whitepapers etc.) and mentor team to build necessary capability.

3) In depth knowledge of Oracle SaaS and PaaS

Role Description:

1) Study existing technology landscape and understand current application workloads.

2) Understand and document technical requirements from clients.

3) Define Migration strategy to move applications to the IaaS/PaaS.

4) Develop architecture blueprints and detailed documentation. Create bill of materials, including required Cloud Services and tools.

5) Design the overall Virtual Private Cloud VPC environment including server instance, storage instances, subnets, availability zones, etc.

6) Design the Cloud network architecture including VPN connectivity between regions and subnets.

7) Design the HA / DR strategies

8) Set up process, services and tools around cloud.

9) Oversee build of the environment.

10) Execute migration plan.

11) Leverage appropriate Oracle Cloud services.

12) Validate the environment to meets all security and compliance controls.

13) Support go-to-market activities as a sales Cloud Architect

Relevant Experience:

1) 8-10 Years of Oracle Technology project implementation and/or production support experience

2) 2+ years of Cloud Infrastructure implementation and/or support experience (OCI preferably)

3) System Integrator Consulting Experience

Qualifications

An OCI certified candidate with a strong background and understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and technology as well as experience designing and migrating applications to the cloud.

Total Experience Expected: 08-10 years
