---ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- PROJECT NAME: Rise POSITION TITLE: HR Service Delivery Senior Analyst WORK SETUP: Hybrid RESPONSIBILITIES: As an HR Enabler, you will be the HR Process Experts who manage different life and career events focusing on employee experience • Act as a case advocate of different HR processes with a holistic view of each case and with focus on employee experience • Coordinate end to end cases and ensure correctly and on time completion. • Have a holistic view of each case and provides support to the individuals during the entire process. • Drive consistent, standardized and effective service delivery of HR processes • Lead initiatives and collaborate to improve the end-to-end HR processes • Create reports on a regular basis as well as attend to ad hoc requests required by the business. • Work with HR Partners to provide process updates and anticipate possible risks. • Work with others (HR, Corporate Functions, Business Leads, etc.) when required by the case/process.batch OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong Robinsons Cybergate Tower 1
