POSITION TITLE: HR Service Delivery New Associate
WORK SETUP: Return to Office

OVERALL PURPOSE:
The On-Boarding Coordinator is responsible for administration and execution of low complexity and high volume processes. The On-Boarding Coordinator will provide administrative and customer support to pre-joiners through the pre-joining process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provides customer service to pre-joiners
• Executes HR administration; maintains HR master data, verifies and maintains personnel related documentation, executes administrative tasks associated with pre-boarding/on-boarding.
• Updates and maintains employee data in key HR systems in line with policy
• Communicates start date changes to stakeholders
• Query management regarding HR process & policy to pre-joiners
