Gannett Publishing Services, located in Hanover and York is recruiting for a Part-Time Delivery Coordinator. This position assists the District Manager with a variety of operational responsibilities in Home Delivery and Single Copy including delivering down routes, customer service, and general distribution operations. Schedule is early morning hours 5 days a week (including Sundays) 1:00 A.M. - 8:00 A.M. including holidays.

Job Duties:

• Delivery of products to consumers and retailers.
• Recruit and oversee independent contractors to ensure the expected level of customer service standards and contract terms are met.
• Responsible for supporting single-copy sales, including product positioning/merchandising, placement, inventory control, and outlet growth.

Requirements:

GED or High School Diploma. Valid driver's license, satisfactory motor vehicle record, dependable automobile, and liability insurance required. Strong organizational and communication skills are required for a fast-paced environment. Good computer skills including Microsoft Office. Must be able to push and pull carts loaded with newspapers weighing up to 500 pounds with assistance and repetitively lift newspaper bundles weighing up to 25 pounds.
