DigitalMarketer is looking for a Demand Generation Manager who can help us increase awareness, build our top-of-funnel, and drive conversions to our portfolio of high-ticket coaching programs, masterminds, digital courses, interactive accelerator programs, marketing team training, and more. What You'll Do:

  • Develop targeted marketing programs to engage and nurture prospects throughout the buyer journey, with the goal of brand awareness, conversion, and closed opportunities.
  • Lead the strategy and build-out of marketing funnels, working closely with Management and the Marketing team.
  • Create successful funnels that generate a lead list from various channels, such as live chat, landing pages, call-tracking, social media, Google Ads, PPC, paid advertising, subscription products, and lead-generation forms.
  • A strong understanding of conversion-focused marketing is essential, as you will be relying on catchy offers to motivate leads to provide their contact information.
  • Work with the Marketing Automation Team to develop effective email programs tailored to prospect segments to move leads through the funnel.
  • Establish a deep understanding of product/market segments, consumer personas, and competitors to optimize campaign performance.
  • Ensure marketing technology is leveraged appropriately to maintain efficiencies and deliver quality work.
  • Monitor campaign performance and meet with stakeholders to report on results and make recommendations on further campaign optimization.
  • Analyze Google Analytics for traffic insights and missed opportunities.
  • Set up A/B split tests and monitor performance with the specific goal of increasing growth.

You'll own a critical piece of the Customer Value Journey from awareness to subscribe.

"# of new marketing qualified leads per month" will be your North Star metric and primary measure of how well you are doing in this role.

And your 3 primary KPIs will be:

  1. % of MQL to SQL
  2. New pipeline generated
  3. Return on ad spend

Requirements

  • Who You Are:
  • 3-5 years marketing experience
  • 3+ years of direct response marketing experience preferred
  • Experience using Hubspot CRM preferred
  • Experience in eLearning and/or business coaching & consulting companies preferred-
  • Knowledge of end-to-end marketing lead funnel setup and implementation
  • High level of verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
  • Experience writing copy for marketing and conversion
  • Experience in landing page development and implementation
  • Experience analyzing marketing analytics and tracking campaign performance
  • Understanding of Social and PPC ad reporting and implementation
  • Facebook (meta) and Google Ads experience
  • Eye for web design and design ratios
  • Strategic experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Ability to prioritize and perform a variety of tasks in high pressure environment
  • Wide degree of creativity
  • Ability to handle a high volume of projects
  • People leadership and decision-making skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently or in a group
  • Strong figure-it-out mentality
  • A strong track record of driving growth for a business

You will work directly with Matt Swan (Head of Growth). You will also work regularly with the two of the Co-Founder's, Ryan Deiss and Richard Lindner.
