Demand manager

Your Role:

• Preparation of demand plan for 16 weeks - 24 months
• Mid & Long term demand and capacity planning & analysis/ bottleneck identification
• Demand review with Management
• SIOP procedure leading
• IHS control and download
• Check Sales Force entries split between customer groups
• Communicate with Global Account Managers and Sales regarding SF (SalesForce) entries
• Supervising the management of capacity portals at the customers
• Manage and Control Transfer Projects
• Verifying SF with customers
• Monitoring SF entries changes
• Support all forecast / budget related activities
• Aftersales management

Your Background:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in economics or logistics
• 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in automotive industry
• 1-2 years of group leading experience
• Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong BI and Excel/Macro knowledge
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes
• SAP user experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
