Demolition Laborer

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Demolition Worker to join our team. The Demolition Worker is responsible for safely dismantling, demolishing, and removing structures or parts of structures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Key Responsibilities • Perform demolition of structures including walls, floors, ceilings, fixtures, and other building components. • Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment (when certified) such as jackhammers, saws, and skid-steer loaders. • Sort, load, and remove debris, scrap materials, and hazardous waste in compliance with environmental and safety standards. • Follow instructions from supervisors to complete demolition tasks according to project timelines. • Maintain a clean and safe worksite by removing hazards and organizing materials. • Assist with setup and preparation of work areas, including erecting barricades and signage. Qualifications & Skills • Previous experience in construction, demolition, or related field preferred but not required. • Knowledge of demolition techniques, tools, and safety practices. • Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions.
