Zions Bancorp is now accepting resumes for a Department Specialist in the Public Finance Group.

Ideal candidates will have the skills and experience necessary to:

• Office management, Accounts payable and receivable (for physical checks received in the office and progress billing for the consulting group)
• Event planning and coordination from bond sales to conference entertainment to registration, assignments, ordering supplies to take to conferences.
• Regulatory presentation/advertisement approval and tracking.
• Regulatory MA contract tracking.
• Expense reports for Relationship Managers.
• Expense report management and allocations for all bankers and staff.
• Routing mail and checks to different floors or groups.
• Rating trip travel arrangements for groups of 3 to 6 people from airfare, hotels, meal reservations, entertainment.

What you'll bring to the table:

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of office management, accounting, administrative or other directly related experience. Prefers a Bachelor's Degree. A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
• Basic knowledge of general accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivables, and processing.
• Prefer to have prior office management experience.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
