You will also have the opportunity to significantly impact our program through execution of day to day operations as well as with helping to evaluate, design, and implement new policies, procedures, processes, vendors, and systems utilized by our financial crime compliance operations teams.
You will also work closely with and advise our Product, Legal, CX, Engineering, Product and Design Teams on our platform of product offerings and features to ensure that our products are compliant with various laws, regulations, third parties, and our own standards. You will be at the center of building and maintaining a strong compliance culture at Gusto and helping us grow and scale our People Platform.
