This is a unique opportunity to step into a full-service general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology practice in Covington, LA. The practice is part of a large well-established multi-location practice fully equipped to support a wide range of dermatologic services.

You will be joining a collaborative team that includes four board-certified dermatologists and six experienced advanced practice providers. The practice is supported by a skilled administrative and clinical staff who manage scribing and non-clinical tasks—allowing you to focus entirely on patient care.

This role offers an optional no buy-in partnership opportunity with a comprehensive compensation model that includes a competitive base salary, a percentage of collections, profit sharing, and long-term equity in the practice. If you aren't ready to lead a practice, you'll love working here.
